Over the past 20 years, I have always been passionate about movement. Whether it was dancing, basketball, gymnastics, running marathons, or cycling — high-intensity movement has always been part of my life. But I realized I needed to slow down.
In the midst of burnout from daily life, yoga served as the grounding force to recharge and find balance. After the pandemic, I started my yoga teaching journey, obtained my certification, and have been teaching since 2021.
My classes have a piece of my heart — focusing on mindfulness, movement & balance. I cannot wait to meet you on the mat.
